These evidence-based treatments are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness / Meditation practices.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment, where the client collaborates with me throughout treatment. This process facilitates healing and growth.
