I highly value my time working with young adults and families focusing on their emotional and mental wellbeing. I best serve college aged students, young adults, and new families. I’m experienced in helping people overcome anxiety, depression, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, insomnia (pediatric and adult), nightmares, and complicated grief. I especially enjoy working with women navigating the transition to motherhood and also those who are grieving the loss of that opportunity.
